We provide enterprise consulting, implementation, training and support. This website describes our services; the written service confirmation agreed with your company specifies the deliverables, participating people, service period and schedule. Please obtain that confirmation before paying.我们提供企业咨询、实施、培训与支持。本网站介绍服务内容；与您企业约定的书面服务确认单明确交付项、参与人数、服务期限与安排。请在完成服务确认后付款。

The displayed package is CNY 500 per participant. The order total is calculated from the participant count. This is a one-time payment without automatic renewal. Any separate project or additional charges must be agreed before payment.页面所示服务费用为每位参与者人民币 500 元，总价按参与人数计算。一次性付款，不自动续费。独立项目或额外费用需在付款前另行约定。

Tools and working environments are supporting resources provided during the agreed service period. Their availability and use are governed by the service confirmation and applicable tool terms.工具与工作环境属于约定服务期间提供的配套资源，具体使用范围遵循服务确认单及相关工具的适用条款。

Delivery, cancellation & refunds交付、取消与退款

Service starts within 1–7 days after payment. Services are delivered through the arrangements in your written confirmation, including remote consultation, implementation work or training as agreed. No physical shipment is included in this online service order. Payment confirmation does not mean that service delivery has already been completed.付款后 1–7 天内启动服务。服务按书面确认单约定，通过远程咨询、实施工作或培训等方式交付。本线上服务订单不涉及实物发货。付款确认不代表服务已经完成交付。

For a cancellation or refund request, email hello@cascadelab.tech with your order reference and the reason. Applicable cancellation and refund conditions must be agreed in the service confirmation before payment; they depend on the services already delivered and the agreed project arrangements. Nothing in this notice excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.如需取消或申请退款，请将订单编号及原因发送至 hello@cascadelab.tech。适用的取消及退款条件须在付款前于服务确认单中约定，并结合已交付服务与项目安排处理。本说明不排除适用法律下不可排除的权利。

Privacy information隐私说明

We use your company name, contact email, service reference and order details to process payments, arrange delivery and provide support. Payment information is processed by Airwallex on its hosted page. Our website does not collect or store your full card number or card security code.我们使用企业名称、联系邮箱、服务确认编号及订单信息，处理付款、安排交付并提供支持。支付信息由 Airwallex 在其托管页面处理；本网站不收集或保存完整银行卡号及安全码。

Order data is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and accessed by authorised staff for service delivery and record keeping. Your browser stores a private order reference to let you return and check payment status. Please do not share this browser session. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact hello@cascadelab.tech.
